As part of our commitment to providing a high-quality, fast and reliable service, Travitude has a Fair Use Policy (also referred to as the FUP). The FUP contains guidelines for customers\' use of the Travitude SaaS product to ensure that each customer has a consistently high-quality experience.
Travitude takes measures to ensure usage is within reasonable parameters and in accordance with the license.
Travitude offers a multi-tenant service. This means that our product is used concurrently by a number of subscribers. If a single customer places very high demands on the service or on the support resources, then it is possible that this will affect the experience for other users.
Our customers must use their service considerately so that their overall usage levels during peak hours don\'t disproportionately affect the shared network, service capacity or support resources. When the services are used inappropriately, the customer\'s activity has the potential to affect the service of others. Our FUP manages inappropriate use and makes sure the services scan be used fairly by everyone.
Usage of the Travitude SaaS product is monitored on a continuous basis. Only customers that consistently generate exceptionally high load over a sustained period of time will be affected by the Travitude FUP.
This is currently defined as per the limits detailed below (although Travitude reserves the right to amend these limits):
We compare your usage to the average usage of all our SaaS customers with the same subscription type. If a customer repeatedly exceeds this FUP, Travitude reserves the right to restrict the service or levy charges for excessive usage, but not before contacting you to discuss the situation.
You may not attempt to probe, scan, penetrate or test the vulnerability of a Travitude account, system or network or to breach Travitude\'s security or authentication measures, whether by passive or intrusive techniques, without Travitude\'s express written consent.
Within your SaaS environment you can store documents to record correspondence with customers, website resources (images, videos and so on), as well as data and transactions in the database. To make sure that there is enough storage for everyone, we do have a FUP in place.
We\'ve made sure that almost all customers have plenty of disk space when the solutions are used normally. If the need arises, it\'s possible to expand your storage and, if appropriate we\'ll contact you to discuss further storage options.
To prevent a negative effect of excessive network traffic on your user experience, we monitor the traffic. We compare your usage to the average usage of all our SaaS customers with the same subscription type. With normal use you don\'t have to worry about the network bandwidth available to you.
If we detect a situation that could lead to a decrease in service level, we will contact you to discuss the situation. In such situations, we may intervene by temporarily limiting your available bandwidth, so that the global service quality remains within optimal performance levels.
We are a customer-first company. We are here to provide value to our customers businesses and this customer-centric mentality is deeply integrated within our business core values.
We include Free support through all available modern channels:
We have a very streamlined process of customer support and we\'ve made sure that all customers have access to our top-notch customer support quality level, when services, network and customer resources are used normally.
If we detect an abnormal amount of support requests compared to the network average that could lead to a decrease in our customer support service level, we will contact you to discuss the situation and figure out a solution.
If a customer finds himself in this over-the-limit scenario, in some situations, we may intervene by delaying your support requests resolution, limiting the available support calls to certain channels and/or add an additional monthly fee on top of the existing subscription.
We do this because we are focused on ensuring that all our customers are treated equally and fairly according to our excellent level of customer support service that we strive to achieve. All our customers should be able to get a fair amount of our time and we should be able to focus to help with their questions and issues.
Travitude understands that customers will occasionally have very high volumes of traffic outside of normal usage patterns. In those cases where this traffic can be predicted, Travitude requests to be informed with as much notice as possible to ensure that we add the appropriate capacity to sustain the increase in usage and the make sure the service delivery quality level remains consistently high.
Examples of a predictable event might be (but aren\'t limited to) a newsletter campaign, Facebook or Adwords campaigns, a TV ad or outdoor displays.
In extreme cases, when services are likely to be significantly impacted or if we notice that our systems are under attack or where we believe our systems might be compromised, we may temporarily limit the access to our services.
This FUP may be updated from time to time, and the latest version of the document is available directly from Travitude\'s website, in the legal resources page.
